The Vex’s unique features include a beautifully arched top, an attractive three-over-three headstock and string through the body design. The pickups in this instant classic also exude a tonal quality usually only found on much more expensive guitars.
 
The Vex NV has an extra dose of Michael Kelly Magic. This guitar features a highly figured, distinctive, maple top. Stunning would be an understatement when describing their unique custom appearances. With all of the obvious visual appeal, the Vex NV guitar is first and foremost built on sound. The Vex's tone screams out in crisp growling heaps thanks to Rockfield Mafia pickups. Constructed with USA magnets and wire commonly found in the best known pickups! You get versatile tone ranging from full and biting twang to clean gnarly and grungy grind.
 
Other features include abalone fetboard inlays, set mahogany neck, carved mahogany body, bound ebony fretboard, abalone inlay around the entire top & headstock and a TonePros Tune-o-matic Bridge with string-through body, which gives the Vex NV guitar a slightly darker tone than other guitars.
