    Orders over $99.99 ship free in the lower 48 statess

     

    Locations outside the lower 48 states pay actual ship fees based on destination, please email or call for a ship rate quote.

    INVENTORY

     

    Stock - Any "Stamped" or "Used" instrument you see on our site is in stock and ships from our warehouse.  Not all "New" items ship from our warehouse so there is a chance it is not currently in stock. If you place an order for something and we are out of stock on that item, we can simply refund payment. If you would like to check stock on any item before placing an order, please feel free to email your request to jerseyguitar1@aol.com

     



  • International

  • International Customers - We ship worldwide, and are happy to do business with our fellow musicians from around the globe. Because there are some size restrictions and shipping details that are best to go over before a purchase, this site does not allow an automated checkout for international sales. We charge only the actual cost of shipping for our international customers. We have been shipping worldwide since 1998 so please feel free to email us about a international shipments. jerseyguitar1@aol.com.    

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. JERSEY GUITAR & MUSIC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • JERSEY GUITAR & MUSIC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped which is New Jersey, 7% sales tax.



  • Return Policy

  • Our mission is simple: to provide the best products and service to our customers at the lowest prices possible. We take great pride in our company, our commitment to customer service and in the products we sell. Our online store is designed to provide you with a safe and secure environment to browse our product catalog.

    Returns - At Jersey Guitar and Music, we only want happy buyers and satisfied customers.
    If you are not happy with your item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order to set up a return. In some cases, we do cover the shipping out and return shipping, for example if the item is damaged or if you feel it is not as described.

    For returns based soley on personal reasons, likes or dislikes, for example, you don't like the feel of an instrument, or you don't like the sound, someone just bought you the same instrument a gift, etc,  you can still return the item for a refund, but we cannot refund original shipping or cover return shipping, even if it was "free shipping" when purchased, the actual ship charges will be deducted from your refund.
    All items must be returned in the same condition with all original packing materials. Items not returned in the same condition or missing anything from original shipment including packing materials will be subject to a restocking fee based on the amount of missing items or condition of the instrument.     IMPORTANT-  All returns must have an RA number or the shipment will be refused and returned to sender.
